The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided (order number or confirmation email).

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
Yes — we also accept exchanges if you'd like a different size, color, or item.

Let us know your order number and what you’d like to exchange your item for.
We’ll help you return your current item and ship the new one once your original item is received and approved.
